First-time homebuyer here. Andy was very responsive, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. He took the time to explain everything to us, was attentive when we explained what we were looking for, and helped guide us through the entire process. I think he gave good advice and helped us get a house we're happy with. Andy is the best realtor in the world. He was the realtor for our home purchase several years ago. There were a number of challenging aspects, and he helped us navigate them masterfully. I worked with Andy in my home search and he was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Being a first time buyer with a lot of questions, he was patient and very thorough in answering every question I had. Under contract, he helped negotiate a great price. We originally contacted Andy as he was the listing agent on a property we were interested in (we didn't end up pursuing it) - the engagement, honesty, and deep knowledge of the local market he demonstrated during this process were all factors that led us to ask he and Catherine to represent us as buyers agents. Glad we did. They were great partners - they listened, were easy to communicate with, and gave us great coaching when we needed it, ultimately helping us to land a awesome home. Highly reccomend.
