I have never seen a dentist were they deprive a child because you didn’t confirm appointment when they didn’t even have your number at first are were told that …iam totally shocked and very saddened by this dentist office!!!
Dr Burgess has been wonderful but I have had temporary crowns on since the first of September because I am not able to come to the office until two in the afternoon because I have to work and the ladies in the office tell me I can not get a appointment until mid November! And I promise you that this is very uncomfortable because they are not shaped anyway near the way they should be! I lost one and Amanda was kind enough to come in on a Saturday morning to help me.
