Marc Budicin serviced my air conditioning today. Marc was very friendly, considerate, efficient and thorough ! Marc reviewed his findings and recommendations with me after he completed the service.
We met Jay, a professional electrician who came in promptly, fixed what was causing a partial outage in our Redlands home. He was meticulous in his work and kind enough to explain what happened and how we can avoid future problems, and yes thank you for respecting our home and putting on those shoe covers( means a lot to some of us)!

I do want to be fair and say Burgeson called me back after I raised concerns, and I appreciated that Michael from the HVAC department took the time to do that. My problem is that the call still did not give me a clear or transparent explanation for the pricing. The technician was at my home less than 45 minutes, yet I was told the time reflected a longer window that included travel. Burgeson's sold us on a fancy, 2-stage HVAC system last year, but we just found out that they didn't hook it up correctly, so we haven't had the benefit of the 2-stage system for that long. There are a few other things they neglected to do, including filling up the freon, and we needed a new coil. I am just overall disappointed, and feel like we were duped. Very disappointing.
