When my husband was returning home from Magnolia, Ark.(Sept. 13) he stopped by Burge’s BBQ in Lewis, Ark just off Hwy 82!. It has been in business for a number of years and is generally known as a good place to buy good bbq! He went in and asked for a pound of lean brisket, and they gave him a lb of precut, prepackaged brisket! The food is always great here. If you're driving by burges and you don't stop, it's your loss. Doesn't matter what you get, it's wonderful. 11-01-24 - Double cheeseburger today, and it was very good. Juicy, fresh, and filling. 07-08-25 - Awesome food. Full again. Love stopping by here when I'm in town.
