The line was quick & short and the associate was friendly. We received our food fast and hot. The interior was clean and so were the restrooms. If you try the seasonal 'Limeade' milkshake I would ask for less lime as it was overpowering and made it too tart and took away from the taste of the Umpqua ice cream and the whip cream. It was Myself, spouse, son, daughter in law & my two little grandbabies (ages 1½ & 4) and the cost was $60. Hope this helps
This was my 1st time at this place and will never go back. The burgers were cold and dry the fries were old, the truffle waffle fries were okay just lukewarm. The tables were dirty and sticky. The manager Sam is rude I was asking questions because I've never ate here before her snippy attitude was enough alone with her RBF. I feel bad for the employees.
