They are advertising items they no longer carry. We went especially from out of town for one advertised item, still on the display at the drive thru. Was told they no longer carry that item. Advertising an item you no longer carry hoping to bring people in, is false advertising.
We went to the Salem Burgerville the first time, right after they opened, and while it was lackluster at best, I was hoping it was because they were still getting their legs. We've gone twice since, and it doesn't seem to be improving. Every time we've gone at least one item was incorrect or forgotten completely. This last time, I ordered a specific way as to save money. 2 meals with upgraded drinks to shakes, and an additional 5 packs of original cheeseburgers. The food is absolutely flavorless. No seasoning whatsoever on the burger. Just tastes like absolutely nothing. Almost $20 for a burger, small fry and drink? That has no flavor? Huge waste of money.
