They gave us room temperature fries. Super disappointing considering the price of the items.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order was told to go to the second window for payment and food pick up. Barely passed the first window and the person tells me to pay here. Then I’m informed my order was never placed and then asked to wait in the “grill” parking spots. Waited almost 20 mins before food was brought out. Never received an apology for having to wait or for the mess up! I understand orders get messed up but for an order to not even be placed is ridiculous. I love burgerville and their food is usually really great. Drove all the way home. Paid for a half a lb bacon cheeseburger and only got one 1/4 lb patty. Pretty disappointed.
