I tried to visit the Burgerville signature location over a month ago. All I can figure is that you are required to order online before you come somehow. You walk in to have no one greet you no menu and no counter! I stood there trying to figure out how to place an order. The lobby was empty except one employee obviously on break looking like don't bother me. There were people in the kitchen busy but no one available. Burger vile is the only fast food I eat but I always must ask , What is in this bag? So I know I'm getting my order. Apparently now I must ask, Is my burger smashed like a pancake and is it remotely warm? Not good Burgerville, not good at all.
Not enough room in the parking lot for dine in and drive thru. Classic Bugerville food!
