Brought my Yamaha 1700 Road Star to Burgers for service and I am absolutely thrilled with the job they did. My bike was running extremely hot and hard for a while and after their work on my carburetor it is running like new. Price was reasonable and Wayne (service manager) did a great job explaining to me what was done and how to prevent it from happening again. So happy I avoided the big box stores to purchase my generator. They unboxed the generator, serviced it, got it ready and took the time to show me how it works. They even give you tips on how to maintain the generator to prolong its life. Very pleased.
I stopped in not too long ago looking for my first bike, was interested in the Honda Shadow. When I walked in I was greeted by Mo and he was very helpful, showed me a few bikes which were exactly what I was looking for. Couple days later I decided to buy from here and the process was great. The bike I bought ended up having a small fuel leak so they serviced the bike and fixed it and made sure everything was fine. During the process of purchasing my first motorcycle, I visited a few shops. I had one shop not even call me back to see a bike that they were in the process of assembling. Another shop, that I felt like a number. Another shop, who clearly tried taking advantage and inflate numbers across the board. Then... I visited Burgers! Will never go again they did damage to my motorcycle then try to charge me for I asked them to fix it and they wouldn't they threatened me to part it out and give frame back
