I don't understand the high ratings. The burgers are barely okay - quite bland and dry. Well overpriced for what you get. Today was my first and last visit.

Honestly BurgerFi is always a hit. The burgers are juicy, full of flavor, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Fries go crazy every time and the shakes never miss. Service is solid and the vibe is calm, clean, and perfect to sit down and eat. Anytime I’m craving a real burger, this is one of my go-to spots for sure.
