Wonderful experience thanks to Tiffany! I had a to go order she made my milkshake fresh when I got there and was friendly and welcoming!

Not a great experience at this BurgerFi... Long wait times, shortstaffed with extremely rude staff members. An elderly man came into the store and the staff members refused to help him order at the kiosk and told him he had to "figure it out himself". Not a good reflection of this chain, would not recommend.
Disinterested staff; location operates as if it was permanently closing for business. After waiting for a cashier to take my order, I waited 25 minutes to receive my order. The soda dispenser was nearly empty of a options. My cheeseburger was cold and made without lettuce nor tomatoes. The worse part? I had already tipped 20% for this service.
Tiffany makes this place feel like a home!
