Self serve ordering is crap.... no one there to help. Walked out...
Couldn't figure out the self service ordering... so I left.
Place is dirty, floor and tables filthy, just horrible. I got a single cheeseburger, all of 1 oz of meat, overcooked and tasteless. Take your business to a McDonalds, better food at 1/3 the price.
Return trip after a mediocre review a week or so ago. Had the bbq rodeo chicken sandwich and it was awesome. Service and staff were very personable and friendly. Overall great experience. Keep it up, BurgerFi!!
