First of all when I walked in to pick up my food there was no one around. I waited for at least five minutes. Since my food was paid for I saw the bags on counter picked them up and left.. never saw a soul! Burgers were ok, but the fries were disgusting! Dripping with oil. And the onion rings were extremely salty. Only ate the burgers and threw away the fries and rings! Red Robin is better!
The fries are perfectly cooked and salted. I’m on the Whole 30 diet and felt healthy cheating with these fries! My boyfriend got a cheeseburger and he devoured it in minutes saying, “Better than Shake Shack!” The food came out fast. My boyfriend got the the key lime concrete (key lime pie and ice cream) and he’s in food heaven. The food came out quickly - maybe 5 minutes. It’s clean, the staff is friendly (lovely female cashier on duty tonight added to our positive experience) and the food should be rated 10 stars!
