We went to BurgerFi on Memorial Day as we were traveling from out of town. There were only two ladies working and they did an EXCELLENT job keeping up with all the online orders and to-gos (we were the only dine-ins at the moment). I asked for a few specifications after I put my order through and Jeanalah remembered them when the order was ready and passed them onto the lady in the kitchen. Over priced , not what I was expecting and they didn't brand our burgers, drove 40 miles to get there. Won't be back.
We’ve really enjoyed this restaurant in the past but tonight they were out of all ice cream, all their beers and most of the condiments were empty. Our food was cold when it came out and the restaurant was practically empty so surprised by the poor service. Disappointing experience for the cost.
On business in Ft.Wayne with my wife.Burgerfi was recommended by a customer. Went there around 1pm. Ordered 2 single burgers and a fry. We figured since we were the only customers in there, we might get a really good burger. NOPE. looked like left overs from the lunch hour. Barely even warm. Buns were cold and dry. Really disappointed. For an $8 burger I didn't expect a thawed out hockey puck type burger. I saw great pic all over the restaurant that looked great..not on our plate
If I could give them no stars I would. They didn’t read a single thing on my order. All 3 of my burgers were wrong, charged me for 2 onion rings only got 1. Food was cold, sloppy and WRONG ! Can’t call them to complain because thier number doesn’t work. I will be going up there tomorrow when I get done work since there’s no way to handle this besides going there.
