Terrible service. I don't know what happened to this place, they must be under new ownership that must not care about their customers. First, they refused to take my order at the register and made me use the touchscreen to place my order which I prefer not to do when there are people that can take my order. Secondly, it wasn't until AFTER I paid that they told me there are no fountain drinks after I specifically paid for it. They offered me 3 bottles options (coke, sprite and water). No refills either. I placed an online order that was marked as “completed,” so I drove to BurgerFi to pick it up, only to find the restaurant completely closed. There was no notice, no call, no cancellation, nothing. I had to waste my time and gas, and then deal with the hassle of calling customer service myself just to get a refund. Completely unacceptable experience. If you’re going to be closed, your online ordering system should not be accepting or completing orders. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I placed my order through uber eats and they said someone else picked up my order. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he’ll get my order remade. However, the quality of food was not good. The vegetarian patty was burnt and had a bitter taste, fries had a bitter taste as well. I don’t know if it’s because the food was overcooked or if they keep on reusing the oil. So disappointed, they used to have good quality food .
