They don’t even have a red velvet shake or exclusives anymore. It’s sad that I’ve come back to do this… Shut it down! Just close the shop. What in the world? I guess y’all have made your money and don’t care anymore. Just tragic How’d y’all even drop from being a 4.7-4.9 star rated spot to a 4.1 and trash service. Unbelievable but if you’re not going to properly invest to keep the store running please close it, thank you
The phone number is currently out of service and online ordering is also down as of today 7/9/26. No notice on when it will be fixed when mentioned as they are not the ones who handle that.
