I did not expect the sweet potato waffle fries to be absolutely coated in sugar. I’m not sure if this is your normal recipe, but this was my first time coming here never coming back.

There was absolutely no customers there on a Saturday afternoon. The restrooms was FILTHY, and I paid nearly $23 for my order which wasn’t made the way it was advertised, nor as I requested when I brought this to the order taker attention she looked at me as if I said something wrong poor customer service the worse I’ve ever experienced actually, I’ll also take survey that’s on the bottom of my receipt.

BurgerFi has been going down hill. Many of the stores in the area (Metro Atlanta) have changed franchise owners, and they dont have the "customer experience" presence of mind. Previously, the atmosphere in the the stores was vibrant, now it seems like they want to do the bare minimum to turn a profit. This reflects in the quality of the food as well.
