They are always closed when on google it shows they are open.
For 38.00 with tip and the burger was so small and I got the rodeo. It was all bbq and onions and a kids patty. The fries were the only good thing. And was my first time and my last time. And my sister order a grilled chicken and got a fried and had to wait another 15 minutes and took it to go bc we all done waiting on her food. Pictures were definitely deceiving.
Used to like it, ordered burgers on 9/27/24. Meat is about 3mm thick. Never again
Just tried this place today. Let me tell y'all, first & last time I will ever visit this restaurant chain again. I was surprised to see the place empty when we walked in seeing as the pictures on their website were so appetizing and made us wanna try Burger Fi. Well, now we know why this place is dead. Burger salad was disappointing. Burger was thin as a cracker and as hard as one. Priced as a meal but serving size barely more than a side salad. I would think it should have with a dressing but I was not offered any so I assume it comes plain and it needed dressing it was super dry Very disappointed not a good first impression I guess that explains why it was not busy when I went there.
