The food was decent at this location. The prices do not make up for all the amazing burgers you can get in the Tampa area near here. They charge you for ordering a water cup and proceed to give you a dixie cup, instead of a normal sized cup for your water. Overall, the food is decent, service is okay, just nothing worth getting again.
They changed the burger and it is absolutely terrible, it's comparable to mcdonalds

Skip this location. I’ve been at least half dozen BurgerFi restaurants and have always had a decent experience. This one is far from it. The poor reviews are spot on. Our food came out like fast food and was cold. The fries were easily cooked an hour or more prior. The bun top was probably warmed yesterday or earlier and rewarmed.
