The food was good, great even, but the service was awful as we were two families and ordered at the same time and the manager came out with our food when the other family finished. She also kept talking rude to us, saying, “I cleaned up your mess YOUR MESS” and started talking back to my dad very rudely. I understand if there is low staff, but that gives no excuse for the manager of the place to mistreat the customers. Fries were Burnt, the guy who gave us our shakes only filled the cup half way, I have ordered shakes plenty of times from here and they fill it to the rim of the cup NOT HALF WAY, I have been to burgerfi almost every week, and today is the day I can say I will no longer come to this location. I can clearly see there are new staff, but the guy who took my order was rude, took almost 15 minutes just to get my fries, and very inefficient. I spoke with another customer and she was not pleased with his service or attitude either.
My husband and I come by this area from time to time and we always stop by BurgerFi for a great lunch! Last week, Angela recommended the Peppermint Shake so we paired it with our meal and it was absolutely amazing, especially since it was made with custard! Today, we’re here for the $5 ultimate bacon cheeseburger deal for National Bacon Day. Didn’t disappoint! We look forward to stopping by again sometime soon!
