Drink machines have only diet Coke. Fries were burnt and disgusting. Burger was gross and over cooked. Overall threw away 2/3 of my lunch.
Dirty restaurant. The kiosk payment thing froze unknowingly so my order didn't go through even after the order part said so. Waited for 15 minutes and saw my credit card wasn't charged. The 2 kids behind the counter couldn't care less. Avoid!
Came in here in a Thursday night, wasn’t busy at all. And it was the dirtiest place I’ve ever been too. Tables has trash all over them and the trash cans were over filled with trash. Almost as if no one even works here
We walked in yesterday and there was two people in front of use using the automated order system, not one employee in site. The system malfunctioned for them for about 5 min. A kid rolled out from his hiding spot in the back, only after they yelled for help multiple times. When he finally came out, he said not one word, pushed a button, it still didn't work, he shrugged his shoulders at them and walked away. Needless to say they left, the three of us left, the people behind us left too. Ridiculous....
Food tastes worse than if you were to cook it at home. There was no drinks except having to pay extra for shakes and beer. There was literally no ice and the drinks only had cherry coke and sprite which was hot and flat. Food was expensive for no good reason, do not waste your money here.. just go to shake shack
