Actually, the food was delicious. But, the management needs to better control the crowd--people need to WAIT to get a table until AFTER they've ordered (at least) or maybe even until after their buzzer goes off if it's crowded. That way, people who actually have food can sit down and eat it. Burger was ok. Fries & onion rings were average. Our order was also an issue as we were buzzed early. Sounds like a consistent issue.
Got the Burgerfi Cheeseburger and it was seasoned well and tasted great! Husband got the Breakfast All Day Burger and its was good as well although we both agreed mine was better. Fries are fresh cut and crispy, not soggy like five guys. Service was quick. What more could you want?!
The gal got our order wrong, then put the wrong number on our vibrator thingy which meant our food sat an extra 5 min on the window while they tried to figure out who it belonged to. The flavor of the beef was good, albeit very greasy. Drippy runny over condiment-ed bun. With all the fantastic burger restaurants in town this place is definitely in the bottom third. Growing pains? Perhaps, but even 5 Guys (a mid pack burger itself) is better.
