I went in to pick up dinner, including a Beyond Burger. After receiving my food I noticed that my fries were overcooked and I asked for fresh fries. The woman and man in the back area were clearly irritated and had me wait another 10 minutes for the fries while my burgers got cold and 3 others were served and had left. When the cashier asked about my fries the cook turned around picked them up and threw them on the shelf for her to retrieve them.
