BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Not sure who was working the days of these 1 star reviews, but I thought the staff was friendly and the food was very, very good.
My burger was really tasting but staff needs a MAJOR overhaul at this location...

If I could get past the inadequacy of the staff and pretend that someone in that store cares, the food may be ok. My experience was horrible and the service recovery wasn't much better.... I did send an email to the customer service area (wecare@burgerfi.com) but did not hear back from anyone. Not surprised. Would not go back as organizations this disrespectful do not deserve my money.

Used to be the best ever! Went today and my burger had chili and grilled onions on it. Gross. Never ordered that. I just wanted one onion ring and steak sauce. Why would I want an onion ring and grilled onions. Yuck! The checkout girl rung in the wrong order: No side onion rings, we wanted a large fry. Thanks for the soggy burger. I will continue to order the same thing every time, until you get it right. I wrote it down before I even arrived. Next time, I'm adding egg. 12/30/2014 Between 1:00 and 1:30 pm.
