BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. Usually very good. Tonight not so much. Burgers & toppings not as ordered. And worst of all, the extra crispy fries weren't even kinda sorta crispy.

We stopped there on Mother's Day because the burger place that I wanted was closed. We've never been but it got great reviews. Completely disappointed!! They were busy which is understandable but only had 1 register opened. Should have opened the 2nd register when the line went out the door. So we waited in hopes that all the reviews were true.. The burgers were dry & thin. No juice at all. The grilled onions had no flavor which is hard to do since its onion. And they were so overcooked it was like baby food. We threw about ... read more
Stop here every single time we're in Atlanta! My husband and I love it!
Well first visit. And it was crowded. But only had I register working so line was long. Ordered fries rings and a double burger. Basic. The rings and fries were great. However, the burger was okay. Thin patties and not juicy at all. So that is why I gave a 3 star as I have had hundreds and hundreds of hamburgers from in and out burgers to the vortex. I will try it one more time.
Good food. A tad expensive but the burgers actually taste like food unlike fast food burgers.
One of the best burgers I have had! And the fries are to die for...
Burgers taste wonderful, so do the fries! The custard is pretty awesome too!
