Poor customer service and the staff is slow and rude
Came in to burgerfi and the food and service was awesome! Negeen was very helpful. Her and the staff made our visit very helpful! Will definitely be back.
First time at Burgerfi today, had an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and beyond impressed with their manager Negeen. Not only did she make sure our orders were correct but she came up to our table and made sure our dine in experience was great as well. Love this place, would recommend to my friends and will definitely be back. Great staff and management!

after a long day at work I decided to check out BURGERFI after several recommendations. I was greeted by a friendly staff. The food was beyond amazing and tasted fresh. The manager Negeen came out and said hello and made sure everything was perfect for me. She went above and beyond to make sure my first time at Bugerfi was great. Can’t wait to come back. P
My daughter recommended Burgerfi so I got take out for me and my coworkers. The food was absolutely tasty and fresh. Negeen the manager greeted me with a smile and double checked my take out order. The effort she took out of a busy night to give everyone the great customer service the deserve is great. I’ll be back soon.
I went into BURGERFI and enjoyed a meal with my coworkers, and the staff member Negeen was extremely helpful with crafting the perfect burger for my first visit, I will definitely be back.
