First and the most important thing about this place is that the food is just average...... I can make better burgers at home using healthy ingredients. I was really disappointed at the price of the food here, Me and my wife got turkey burgers and sweet potato fries and i regret even ordering from this place. We paid 50 dollars for a meal that was worth 5 dollars each not even... the food was just average with soggy fries. We visited Burger UP this past weekend while on our honeymoon. It was amazing. My husband talked about their fried pickles all the way home. The fried mac and cheese bites were amazing!! My husband had the Woodstock burger and I had The Byrd. Both were outstanding! We would make the trip back to Nashville just to eat here!
My first experience at Burger UP this week after visiting my granddaughter who is in college in Nashville. The burger was excellent but I must praise the staff who went beyond the call of duty afterwards. On my way home I realized my wedding ring was missing. I have been married 50 years plus so to say the least I was devastated. My daughter call them and asked if anyone had found my ring. We came because it was stated that Burger Up had a dedicated fryer for gluten sensitive patrons and many gluten free options. When we got there that wasn't the case. Regardless the fried pickles were awesome and the hamburger good. Our waitress was fantastic and friendly.
Great atmosphere, staff, and food. Everyone at our table enjoyed their food. Our waiter was very friendly and available to questions.
