No more visits for me. I'm pretty sure it's under new management. No more lemon freezes. Those were the only reason I went.
Like burger stop.. Not happy about not serving lemon chills this summer.... One of our favorites.. Please bring them back.
Staff was terrible, went there today woth my girlfriend and were treated terrible
Right in front of the register is a sign that says "Check in on Facebook and receive a free ice cream cone when you check in. My wife and I had lunch there and both checked in on our Facebook. When we went to redeem our free ice cream, my wife got hers for free and I had to buy mine... The employee said its a free ice cream cone per transaction, even though the sign states "per mobile device". Burger Stop could be sued due to false advertising. It's super sad that a person that takes your order can ruin great tasting food. I drive up from Ogden to get chicken strips, they always have been nice and asked if I wanted to upgrade from 5 to 6 so I can share with my wife. Today I asked for the extra and got the 3rd degree of, WHO DOES THAT YOUR YOU? THEY BETTER BE CHARGING YOU FOR IT! I can't believe they let that attitude take care of customers. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was bad. Sorry burger stop, is been fun.

I've always had great food and service over the years. I've visited since 1998 when I started working next door at Pizza Hut -now Sills.
The customer service was awful! We had a female waitress and she had an attitude from hell and practically told us not to order, then she proceeded to say that it isn't her fault that she doesn't know our assembly schedule. Nothing was ready for the day and all together it was a crappy experience.
I have to write a review because they keep deleting my Comments. Food is great, nice and fresh. However they are a 2/5 because I've never been treated so poorly as a customer who went there often. Not going back just for that reason.
