my experience at burger road was impeccable. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming and the staff were the nicest that i’ve ever met <3 the food i ordered was delicious. the whole place was also very clean. highly recommend!!!
The food looks tasty and asyhetically nice but the taste was so blunt I can't believe it has actually wagyu beef. All flavourings are just plain blunt. Not worth the price.
The restaurant is under staffed and it took almost 50 plus mins to get few sides, with just 1 on the table. The big problem is, uber orders are prioritised and the customers waiting for the order are not. The restaurant "immediately confirms ready for pick up" and when we go there seeing that confirmation, it's mentioned as system error. This should stop.
