This is genuinely the best American restaurant I’ve ever been to, and maybe even the best restaurant period. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. First, the food never misses: the brussel sprouts, the whata-gouda burger, and even the kettle chips, are to die for. Second, the service is just perfect. Ok. Im not versed in Duluth, so I can't really speak to the different areas of the city. This locale didn't seem to be the best, but it certainly fits the vibe of 'hole-in-the-wall' which is certainly synonymous with 'fantastic'. This place was fantastic! The service was outstanding. First 5 star I’ve reviewed, not only the best burger I’ve ever had but it came out super fast. I tried the armadillo burger and the Elvis malt and they were both perfect. Amazing atmosphere and music, not super busy and service was quick and kind. My new favorite place for burgers would recommend
My burger wasn’t very good. Too sweet. The server talked way too much on the intro. I know her name but I won’t add it so she doesn’t get the satisfaction, but it starts with R and rhymes with Tubi.
Ruby was FANTASTIC!!! Great customer service. Fantastic impossible burger!! I got the dill burger and it tasted great. I loved the four sauces our lovely server Ruby brought to the table, the spicy one was perfect on my burger and fries! It’s a nice touch to have your own big bottles of sauces instead of cups of little ones. Plenty of parking outside and no wait. Loved this place and will be back when I’m back in town.
