The food was good but the service was terrible. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our drinks. I asked to speak to the manager and our waiter was the manager! He did comp us 1 drink but very disappointed in the service. It was busy when we first got that but then emptied out. No excuse for such slow service.
Beware. On Mondays, they have a limit on how many $5 burgers they serve. I was there at 5:30 PM and a waitress told me they had reached their limit. I told her I drive 15 miles for this special and she would not do anything about this. I would never go to a place that has deceptive advertising. I never got my $5 burger.
My fiancée and I love burger mondays! We have never had a bad experience or bad food. The food is always cooked to perfection and the atmosphere is great! The staff there are wonderful as well!

Pros: Burger was juicy and flavorful, parmasean fries tastey and the shakes were thick and yummy. Waitress nice, untill..... CONS: Hostess was very rude. No greeting hello or good bye, other that asking if we had reservations. Burger too small for the bun. Parm fries on the cold side. Waitress asked for my husbands ID when he presented his credit card at the table to pay our bill!!! Tried to say it was new policy but did not ask this of the couple that was sitting behind us when they left. This was rude.

This past weekend we started a new policy of checking identification when a customer uses a credit card for payment. We treat all customers equally. OMG, we love this place. There was 4 of us and everyone loved what they got. Service was great and food excellent! Never have had a bad meal. The chili is the best and it's my husband's favorite coconut cream pie.
