We love it. The fries are the best, especially the spicy mayo. Clean and great service. Friendly people
Really good hamburgers! Chicken tenders, not so good. Make them fresh/from scratch with your great ingredients vs. buying them frozen.

I cannot say enough good things about the exceptional customer service we just received on our first-ever visit today, specifically from Robert. He's normally the sous chef but was working the counter. My BF and I came for the bison burgers but were told that they were out. However, they were on their way from Truckee and due to arrive in about a half-hour. I love Burger Me in Truckee. So my family was in Reno tonight and tried thethat one. We were very upset with our orders. Out of the 5 meals they messed 4 of them up. The cashier got all info correct but the kitchen messed them up. They even messed the person behind us's order. I went to go get my Pepsi and it was diet so i said something to the cashier and he said" we will get to that as soon as possible.. If they were busy I would understand some errors.
