Almost black chicken nuggets. I called because they look like dog crap in a bag. The guy on the phone said their fryer is due to be cleaned tomorrow but they’ve been coming out a little dark (medium brown) these are dark brown like dark roast coffee color.
they have not been willing to work with the public during the Corona virus, I left my family at home to be safe while I got them food and they would not let me use more than one coupon. and I believe they gave us half of a large fry.
order had to be fixed 3 times (missing items). it seems like this place has gone down hill since they switched management.

Casey the General Manager made sure that my order was perfectly made and that i was completely satisfied. he is a great asset to the corporation. i will continue to go out of my way to dine at this location
I have never had any problems with this location. IF my food was accidentally made wrong than the staff along with the management made it correct.
What a joke!! Just went there ordered a a simple rodeo burger no mayo, got all the way home(waverly) and it looked like they added double mayo! This isn’t the first time they messed up our order but it will be the last time I eat at that particular location! Offered me some coupons..... really!?? Yet they want $15 an hr! Sounds like management needs some work!
No stars we were at Burger king 👑 in havelock Lincoln, NE around 9:30pm and the guy who took our order was tall short brown hair and glasses. He was rude. I am big and look fat but am in meds to help me to live because I am dying, and my medicine makes me big. Then he asked what my husband I were going to have I told him I didn't know need to wait for my husband to finish washing his hands. Then he said i know you will eat more then this guy.
