This location seriously needs to reevaluate their management. My girls ordered food tonight which was incorrect. The cashier was new and had no one helping her from what I understand. The girls order was wrong and with them being teens the 20 something assistant manager decided to be rude to them. They were not attempting too get free food just what they had ordered. Go to any other establishment. This place can be totally empty and you will still be waiting forever for your order and end up with cold food.
I had to wait 10 minutes just to be given the wrong order and the food they replaced it with had a Piece of a GLOVE in my hash browns.
Worst ever almost and hour and 2 wrong orders. What are the owners and managers doing?
Great playland and good service. The only thing that could be improved would be heat in the play area as it was in the 50’s in there.

Went there this morning, ordered a med breakfast combo with diet coke, when I got my order the hashbrowns were small and my drink was regular coke, not diet. Out of my last 5 visits I have gotten 1 that was right. The staff needs to learn how to read orders and read them more than once and double check before you give them to your customers!
