Your employees don't know how to take a basic order. I had to repeat myself 7 times and they had to get a manager to ring up just two sandwiches. They are rude to each other and mess up nearly every other order. Place is quickly getting as bad as McDonald's. Manager whatever Lauren snapping on her crew and rolling eyes at customers.
Two cheeseburgers. Buns were stale and meat cold. Maybe a different location would be better. My order at this one ended up in the trash can.
Can't say I've ever had a bad experience at this location. The store is typically pretty clean and the employees are chil / professional.
