Ordered online to get the 2 free kids meals. Only reason I ordered. The checkout had my order and said the coupon for the kids meals was applied. Get to window, they say well it’s not on the receipt and wouldn’t give them to me. Sad. Very disappointed. Don’t advertise what you won’t follow through with.
We just left the drive thru. No one acknowledg'd us on the intercom so we pulled up to the window. One girl was leaning on the cash register at the drive-through completely ignored us the other came up claiming they're not open that they got a late start this morning and they haven't even started breakfast. It's 730 . Clearly that all woken up play and just showed up to work but not doing any work
Can never get the order right. Happens every time I have been there. i will drive the extra miles for better results. This has been a roblem way to long

Aweful customer service. If it wasn't the last place heading out of town, I'd have left.
I went in and asked the counterman if the store did 2 for $10 like the TV commercial says. He said yes. "Then, will you give me one for $5?" I asked. He looked dazed and said, "I'm confused." "It's easy" I told him. :One plus one is two and 5 + 5 is 10." "okay," he said and proceeded to tap register keys. He looked up at me and said, "$6.67" I stared at him and said "$6.67 is not $5 is it?" "whuuut? he asked.
