Very disgusting, everything is dirty, fingerprints everywhere, Soiled chairs,counters are smeared ., food drops, walls smeared....chairs are not clean.... windows filthy 🙄👎
I just watched these people take a bag of food out of someones car after they had pulled up for at least 3 minutes, because apparently they had gotten my order by mistake, and they tried to serve me this bag after it had been ruffled through and in thd possession of another customer. Disgusting.
Make the food fresh and looking more like the advertisements we went tonight to get one of the tacos they are advertising all I can say is stick to burgers Burger King! This taco had a warped shell it was all greasy and the ingredients were not put in the shell like a taco should be they were all thrown in like they had fallen out and they just stuffed them back in it didnt even look like a taco. OMG I asked for my money back!
Food is served so nasty! Honestly they need a new crew. If you wouldn't eat it that way...why would someone else! 😷😷😷 3lbs of mayo on the tip of my sandwich and that's it! 😵😵😵👿 Plus I'm fairly sure the girl who took the order was just coming off her high of meth... because she couldn't stop twitching and eating fries out of the bin at the same time. 😷😷😷 Avoid this Burger King!
Morning drive thru is really slow!
shout out to Tim! we just went through with our developmentally disabled crew from Goodwill in Grand Island & Tim was nothing short of amazing! so kind and talkative with our group! The world needs more people like him. Thanks, Tim!❤
First, the cashier, Tim, was very friendly and helpful. However, I ordered the food to eat-in and he marked it as take out so instead of getting it on a tray, I got it in a bag. In addition, I ordered cheesy tots as part of the meal and literally had to stand there for about 10 minutes waiting while they cooked them. That was unacceptable. One should not have to wait that long at a fast food restaurant or someone should have offered to bring them out to us when they were done.
I just went through the drive-thru. I ordered an egg-normous burrito and a large Dr. Pepper. The woman who took my order is incompetent. First, she couldn’t understand me when another employee could. The second employee could be heard in the background telling her my order. Then, I get up to the window, and she had to retake my order...then, she gave me the wrong size drink. This burger king has royally ticked me off. Went through the drive thru to get a late night dinner. Ordered a number 5 and a number 6. We paid they told us to pull up to the "green trash can " they were waiting for fresh fries. So they parked us. We waited 10 minutes for fries. They bring out our order and we drive home.
