This burger King is awful! They never put cheese on the whoppers, and then they do this...We went here last week and I ordered a chicken Jr, which is like a buck something, and was charged for a $6 chicken sandwich, but I actually recieved the Chicken Jr. They also forgot another burger I had ordered. So, we go back, the lady is rude and argumentative, then finally says she'll refund the order and re-rung up the correct order to pay the correct price. She did not refund it. Holy hell the customer service is horrible and they gave us the wrong order! The girl at the window talked so fast you couldn’t understand her and she was rude! Way to go management
The food was okay but had to wait to get a packet of mayo cause the lady was too busy talking on her cell phone... no apologies or anything just attitude cause she had to get off the phone and help... they need more employees especially during lunch time
Went to Burger King today and i had terrible service ! To start it off they would take 1 order at a time and walk off for several minutes . Then employees had no customer service skills , no smiles , no greetings . After I placed my order I did not receive my receipt , I then received my cup for my drink and went to get ice . When I ordered my food I did not get a receipt, when I went to get my drink there was no ice, the customer service was terrible, they messed up my order, there was flys everywhere, a homeless man was in there, took like 20 minutes to get my food, it looks nice after they remodeled it but they still need some things to work on
Rude ass employees! Soda machine and ice cream machine is always broken! Have to scream to order because head set issues. Get it together!
The employees were extremely rude. Got our order wrong then when we tried to correct it she eas extremely rude and continued to raise her voice and have an attitude with us then when we went to pay she didnt acknowledge us at all and when we left she rudely shoved us our bags. Absolutely awful customer service.
The whoppers do not taste the same! Igk what it is but its awful!!
