We tried to stop for a quick lunch bite via the drive through but the employees were more interested in making fun of us and playing around so we left. I would never come back here. There are other places in this area that will server you without nonsense.
Always so slow and usually the food is wrong. Waited 23 minutes after telling them I had an online order. Gave me the kids cup when i ordered a small and didn’t include the promotional item I ordered. You would think after 20+ minutes they could at least give me a size up in a drink… this store needs to be closed and a new staff needs to be trained. It’s always a mess
There was only one person in front of us in the drive thru and the got them out then proceeded to has us wait at the window for almost 10 minutes with four other cars behind us before even getting our drinks and also paying for our food. Just to end up getting two medium lemonades when we paid for two larges…. This is why I stick with the BK beside ingles….
Great experience last Friday- team is polite and conscientious. Fries were hot and perfectly salted. Team was exceptionally caring, and made me feel welcomed again when I returned an hour or so later to wait in the restaurant for a ride to Knoxville. Melissa, Jacob, Alexis, Zack and Kinsley are an amazing team!
This burger king where loves truck stop beside the waffle house is sucky service. Tell them u have a mobile order in drive thru and they don't communicate with other employees so u wind up waiting over ten minutes then they come n ask u at the window and when u do get it order finally you r missing some items. And they nuggets not cooked good enough
