I want to point out that I have stopped here multiple times heading to my son in college however I am completely flabbergasted at how a company can schedule 1 person on a Saturday morning for this location off I40 for 3 hours and she have the most positive outlook and attitude. We were patiently waiting for our food to be made and during that time 3 employees walked in. No one should open a fast food restaurant solo. This place is ridiculous, I will not be back! I ordered a large combo and when I got my drink at the window, it was in a medium cup that was supposed to be the large for frozen coffees! I asked why I got a medium and the girl said "we're out of large cups"! So I asked if I could get another medium or small drink to make up for the difference and she got her manager! I highly recommend this Burger King if you want your food to take 15 minutes to come out in the drive thru while there’s no line at the window and there’s a few cars in the parking lot at 5pm. I used to work at fast food restaurants, I don’t what yall got going on back there but yall must be scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees
This location use to be terrible but in the past few months it has really turned around and had a wonderful young lady in the drive thru
