Went by on my lunch break and while getting a drink at the machines a roach comes crawling out.... the girl that was there with me told the woman at the counter and she didn’t do a thing... didn’t come out and look or anything... needless to say I want be back ever
I was charged for the sandwich prices instead of the 2 for $5 on the extra long cheeseburgers I ordered. They were supposed to be 2 for $5 as advertised, and the kid charged me $7.39. I asked for the manager and I still couldn't even get a refund back on them. I've never had any problems here before this incident, as this is what I normally order, but if you don't know how to properly price items, then you shouldn't be working here. Went by for breakfast and nobody was there. I thought the store opened at 6
We waited in line for our food for almost 10 minutes, asked if everything was in the bag. We got home and of course were missing some food. When I called the manager he didn’t even apologize for us having to drive all the way back over there- he was only concerned if we had the receipt or not. I had already had a horrible experience at this Burger King and gave them a second chance and it was horrible
Had Grandsons birthday party there last week and it was great. They staff was so awesome.
