At 9:30 last night (Saturday, 9/12), the sign at the road was on. We drove into the drive through and were told that they were currently closed. We said “then turn off your sign”. Reply was “we can’t-it’s done by computer” I suspect the employees didn’t feel like doing their job. We had another negative experience (not recently) where we were told they weren’t taking coupons. This was also later in the evening. A couple of days later our coupon was readily accepted. These kids need to be held accountable.
i bru have brought my kids to play/eat a few times in the last few weeks. i have found the play area clean at every visit. each time we've been here a staff member has been in cleaning/sanitizing. the staff are very friendly. we really enjoy this burger king!
3rd trip here this month with kids. pop machine broke again. no ice. completely got order wrong again. workers look dazed and confused. not happy at all.
Just had it today at the northland location, was the only one in line and they still just sat around behind the counter for a few minutes. But that pales in comparison to getting sick to my stomach shortly after eating their food.
Burger is barely half the size of the bun. Ordered 4 and all were the same size. Almost combined 2 burgers onto one bun. Dirty play area, both floors and tables. Cheesy tots were sohgy, despite waiting for them to cook.
Could probably eat fresher food at a homeless shelter... buns were Rock hard fries were cold and hard also! NOT HAPPY �
Kitchen staff seems to not care about the orders.
Doesn't a Bacon Cheeseburger come with a burger on it???
