This burger kings sucks!!!! Always slow, rude, no customer service,... Gives you the wrong food... Your always waiting for cold food......
Tender grill chicken sandwich was flavorless, rubbery and luke warm, burger looked like a jr. size, they forgot our sauces, first they said the coke icee wasn't working, but that cherry was. Then a couple minutes later cherry wasn't working either. Long wait on top of it all. Not impressed.
I went inside to get a coke icee, waited 10 mins for the girl to even get to getting the icee when she realized the coke machine was down mind you there was only 1 other person in front of me waiting for food. I then told her that was fine I would take a cherry because I had already waited long enough. On my way home I was drinking the icee and a metal piece came through my straw! I have no idea what it is but I was highy unsatisfied with my visit and will NOT be going back!
This is the most terrible burger king in michigan. They rarely get my order right and they are so slow that I'm able to write this while waiting. I finally got my food 17 minutes later and my chicken is burt.
Found this metal shaving in my breakfast burrito after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. Never going back here again 😡
Make sure all items are in the bag before you give it to the customer. Just went through drive thru and they forgot one of our orders of chicken nuggets and didnt get the icing for the cinnamon buns. Several times they forget items.
I looked online for the menu picked the A. 1. Smoky Bacon Tendercrisp. The lady said they didn't have that one. Said we could add that stuff but it would cost extra. If they don't have it then take it off your damn menu!!!!
