went through the drive the other day, placed order, got to window, the employee had no gloves on nor was he wearing a mask. I ask him, are you not suppose to be wearing that mask on your face and not around your neck? he said, it is hard to talk with it on, I will not be returning to this place again. and ya the food was cold and service was rude

Yeah I just came through and didn't get the spicy nuggets that I paid for and ordered, they were on the screen when I placed my order but they were not in my bag when I received my order. Did not notice till I got home to be fair, and I didn't receive and receipt either to prove that I bought them. I got everything in my order but the nuggets.
The owner needs to pay attention. We are in there every weekday morning. The sit down area is so cold you need your coat. If you go into the restroom you can’t breath because of the heat. We may not buy anything but coffee. We are trying to find a new place to go. Wendy’s will be good. Are you out there absentee owner?
food is always dry, cold and the drive through line always takes FOREVER! but i wanted to try again the last 3 nights and they are closed/closing at 9pm??? why!!?? their hours say midnght? im confused!
This place is gross as hellxD smells weird and is really dirtyxD
so I went there and got over charged and they didn't even want to give me my money back and then on stood there for awhile till I said hello is anyone going to get my food and no one even looked at me till I started yelling then he rudely throw my food on the counter then to top it off I get home and don't have all my food so I call and they hang up on me mind you I work In fast food and u don't treat ur customers that way at all very disappointed and will never go back
Was a former worker first day working I got disrespected sexually harassed there is poor communication poor training an quit because of it never in my time have I worked at any place this poor my finace who is pregnant fliped out as well in them for disrespecting her
