I had a horrible experience with their drive thru. The person running back up was rude. I didn't hear the first person and started to order and the back up person came on and rudely said "HOLD ON A MINUTE. " So we just left. At the time this happened there was only one car in front of us so the drivethru was not busy at all.

Ordered a Rodeo Crispy chicken sandwich meal. SUPPOSED to have cheese, onion rings and bacon with BBQ sauce. Mine had onion rings - period! I was already home and too tired to go back and have them fix it - that is, if they felt like it. No receipt either so no proof. This location is really going down hill.
This is the worst BK in AZ! My whole order was messed up. Wrong sandwiches and requested no ketsup but when sandwich was open that was on the burger but no tomato. The crispy chicken ordered was "exchanged" for a spicy chicken instead. FF were awful as they were scrappy, cold and had been nuked before putting in my bag. $2.29 for 22 "fries" is ridiculous! I won't go back to this restaurant and will recommend it to anybody.
Everything is great every time I go there ... but there is dried ketchup on the wall under the drive thru window and it's been there forever ... it's really nasty 😷
The prices for a ride have went up to a ridiculous amount. I mean who wants to pay $3.01 for a large soda? I think that it has just gotten way to expensive. I mean come on, I can go to McDonald's and but like 3 large sodas. I just think that this is completely stupid and I won't be able to get anymore drinks from Burger King because of the price of the drink is too high. �
