Typical Pueblo "fast food". There were 5 customers total in the place and it took forever. I wonder how bad it is during the lunch rush hour. It was almost as slow as the Taco Bell on 8th and Santa Fe. $15 an hour my butt!
They litterly ran out of whopper meat yesterday!! Burger King and no whoppers? Yes, I went and got a BigMac!!
F this place!!! And I'm calling corporate on this manager!! Burns my bacon and refused to come out and talk to me so she sends the assistant manager out to give me a new one! After I rant about her not doing her job she refuses to replace my order and calls the cops on me for no reason!!!! It is so sad the people you have managing this store I expected better!!! However I am so glad for real managers because the Pueblo Troy store replaced my order for me!!!!! I love my Burger King!!!! Just never spending my $ at this locatio... read more
Horrible service waited 15 mins to take my order I'll never go again and on top of it it was cold
Terrible customer service very dirty work environment i saw crockroaches in the back and in the lobby the management is very poor non of the managers should be managers
