This place is awesome.. awesome service and awesome food!!
My wife and I were up in Minneapolis for an appointment and were referred to try Burger Jones as we were looking for a good burger. I will say that the burgers were outstanding! Service was great, and the price point wasn't outrageous! Would certainly recommend it to anyone, and we do plan on visiting again when we are back in town!
We just had amazing lunch but what made me wish I could give more then 5 stars was the way the mangers were so quick to my requests about having a dairy free bun for my son who has dairy alergies. We will for sure be back.

Tonight was my Dad's first time here and he loves it. Good service and friendly staff. What got us tonight was the couple that paid it forward to us and paid for our dinner. In hopes that it'll keep going, we paid the table by us and have never been so grateful. Humanity is still alive and the chicken fried bacon is the best. �
Well...it was so incredibly busy on Mon Dec. 26th when we arrived at 11:30 a.m. and just kept get busier. Sat at the bar and Cindy was AMAZING and so composed. Way more than anyone could or should be able to handle and she did just that. She is exactly what makes guest service great! An asset to your resaurant!!!
Awesome food but guess they didn't staff well for after Christmas and we had to wait over 20 mins even though there were 10 tables open. This older lady asked to sit at a booth to wait and the host boy said no. Not impressed with them today at all. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
Last time we were there the service was the same as always. Good. But when the burgers came(after the normal wait) they were both like warm, like they had been sitting on the cool end of the grill waiting for someone to order. I had ordered medium and it was well done and dried out. My wife ordered well done and it was but it too was all dried out. We love Burger Jones and are regular customers but if this continues, we're done. Lots of other places. Sorry...
