It was wonderful experience and mouthwatering experience in Burger Factory. I took classic burger combo and chocolate milk shake. The counter lady Mandeep was so prompt and smiling. But she needs at least one helping hand for faster service. It’s so difficult to manage alone a fast food chain shop. She managed bill payments, prepair food and delivery for customers on time and make cleanliness of whole property and maintenance hygiene.
It was the best burger I’ve ever had! The burger was incredibly delicious, and the fries were just as amazing.

Was looking for a good smash burger or close around the Whitby Oshawa area. Ordered this on Uber Eats and man I am blown away. Patties were crispy on the edges and the the cheese inside was melted in right. Buns were the perfect soft I needed. The side poutine was pretty good too but I’m just amazed at the burger and it’s become my fav place in town. Kudos to the team!
