Has really gone downhill, store is barely stocked, no AC, NO ventilation, extremely hot inside Burger factory has a signature sauce called factory sauce, except this location no longer seems to bother to make / carry it. They also don't have pickles, only stock Pepsi and Diet Pepsi for drinks and seems to be very low in all other supplies and stock. Staff were not friendly either, no mention of the missing menu items unless requested and even then only stating the unavailability of the item request and not in general
I went to Burger Factory in Whitby on August 15, 2026, around 4:30 PM specifically to get a funnel cake. The only person working there told me they were out of funnel cake, and at that time I couldn’t find it anywhere else nearby. So the plus is that if you come to their place in Whitby they have funnel cakes. Yes. Funnel cakes!! Other then that. The burgers are good but they have additional prices for specific toppings and tomato, lettuce, onion that was available for free. So a bit nickel and diming. But otherwise the food is ok. Wish the patties were a bit thicker but they tasted fresh so that's a plus. Did I mention funnel cakes. Yes, sugary and huge and tasty.
The best burgers in town hands down.
Guess they close whenever they feel like it In the middle of the day.
