I’ve always liked Burger Factory, but today? Total turn-off. Walked in and got hit with heavy body odour from the cashier. Not trying to be mean, but if you’re serving food, that’s hard to ignore. Then I watched him touch the register, the receipt machine, everything, bare-handed and head straight for the food. No gloves, no hand-wash. That’s just…no. Cross-contamination city. I ordered the Juicy Lucy on Fire for $13.99 and the regular hamburger for $6.99 since it was part of their Monday deal. Honestly, the Juicy Lucy was a letdown. The patty was way too small for the bun and didn't look anything like the photo they advertise. For $13.99, I expected something more filling and better quality. The hamburger though, was totally worth it. If you're going on a Monday, skip the signature burgers and go for the deal and load it up with the toppings - it's way better value.
Amazing customer service food was amazing fast serving. Overall experience 10/10
I accompanied my family to Burger Factory. Randeep provided excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor. The quality of our burgers was truly exceptional.
