Bad service for a long time 25 minutes for a hamburger, I do not recommend it.
Have been going to Burger Factory for a few years now. Their classic burger is delicious but they have changed since we first started going. Very skimpy on the toppings, the french fries are delicious but more of a 1/2 order than a small order of fries (not enough for one person) and they have not had their milkshakes (which I absolutely loved) for a few months now. Very dissapointing from when we first started going there for dinner. Fingers crossed they go back to the way they were!
Only one employee taking orders for walk in and phone and doing all the cooking. Luckily she was fast. The onion rings were sold out. They only had Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and water available. Burger just average.
