I paid $98.22 CAD for this order and have not received the order or a refund to this day. I’m unfortunately updating my review due to a very disappointing experience with Burger Factory Burlington. I placed an order through their app on Monday, February 23rd. I received a confirmation email, but the order was never delivered. I just ordered food at the 2465 Applyby location and apparently they are closed according to two gentleman that were there and they wouldn’t give me my money back. They gave two phone numbers for the owners and both calls got sent to voicemail. So now I’m out $43.68. My receipt shows me the address to pick up my order even. I want my money back immediately!!!!
Visited 2nd time but store is closed and Google says it's open
