One of the best burgers I've had in the area!! Perfect alternative to "fast food"...fresh and delicious. Also the place is very cute and clean with friendly staff. I always love supporting small local business. If you're craving a burger this is the perfect spot and you can be as creative as you want building your burger!

Saw Burger Builders on Fox 61's Friday Foodies. We drove from North Haven with friends to try it, OMG!! it was so good! I had a cheeseburger with Mac and cheese and my husband and I shared the waffle fries with pulled pork. We will definitely be back.
I saw them on Fox 61 this morning. I'm always up for trying a new burger joint, even more so that it's in Waterbury. I placed the order to pick up at 8:30, they close at 9:00. The staff was pleasant when I showed to pick up my order. The father mentioned they had an extremely busy day with the coverage. Dispite being as busy as they were, the burger was excellent, as were the fries. I have a new favorite burger joint.
The first time I went to the restaurant with family, I absolutely loved it. My kids loved the fact that they can put fun stuff such as mac and cheese on their burgers. Also, the fact that they cook to order over an open flame is such a great aspect of the restaurant that will bring me back time after time. Thanks to the Monnerat boys for opening such a wonderful place for the people of Waterbury/Walcott to enjoy!
