Called in order with kids chicken strips and when I got there to pick up they said they were out of chicken. If that was the case why didn’t they say that when I called? Second, I was suppose to get Dr Pepper and instead they gave me root beer. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE CHICKEN????
My boyfriend and I ate there last night. Food is always really good, but my issue is that I saw a bug on the floor behind the counter and then spotted 2 roaches up where they put the prepped food. also we asked them several times if they could please put gloves on while preparing our food, they never did. the last time we asked the one girl that just had a baby made them put them on. the cashiers this time were not up to par with the others I am used to dealing with. This place has the worst customer service in Conroe. The food is ok but those women cashiers are just awful. They mess up so much and they do not honour their mess ups. I purchased two burger combos today and was not given drinks and I waited 5 minutes for them. I honestly thought I got em. I called to let the know I forgot cause i live under 5 minutes away.
