My husband and I drive over 30 minutes to get here. I had an incorrect order a few weeks ago; I called (spoke with Connell) and he told me the person that prepared it was new. Connell also stated that my burger would be replaced(free of charge). I came back today to get my replacement and place an order for the rest of my family; I was told I couldnt get my order replaced. It is bad business to make promises to customers just to break them.

Sorry for the misunderstanding Pamela. Its hard to keep up with transactions over a month ago for our staff . We normally ask to come back next day or within a week so we can issue a credit. We just issued a credit for that transaction on July 9th. We hope to see you soon!
