Save yourself some time and money, the service at this place completely sucks. Don't bother complaining to the hostesses, all they can provide us a slack-jawed response of soooooory. Our waiter was so clueless I don't think he ever understood just how much he sucked
The waiter didn't have any recommendations. For happy hour specials the only good appetizers we're excluded from the happy hour discount. I also think it was really disgraceful and outrageous that the manager charged me $3.50 for a kids size apple juice in a styrofoam cup. I would not return unless I got an offer for my unsatisfied service and charges.
I was a faithful patron of this place, but recently they let go of 2 great employees. #1 was they're GM Kevin Taggart, who turned that place around in the past few YEARS from a just ok restaurant to a fun, friendly, great food Restaurant. #2 is they're top bartender Adrianne,,,, who actually MADE THE FRONT BAR what it was. I don't go to restaurants necessarily for the service I go for the quality of food service is always awesome but that's not what makes me go to a place to eat it's the quality of food they serve this is one of the best burger places I've ever eaten at
The only reason any of us went to Burger Bar was for ADR and Kevin. Now that you have made the decision to "change" and get rid of quality people, I will make sure I spread to my friends and family to never step foot in your establishment! Shame on you!
Well, now that Kevin and ADR are no longer there, we will no longer be going there. There's nothing special about the place, the food sucks and is over priced but we enjoyed the atmosphere that ADR provided to our group. Bad business move. Very bad.
