First time really seeing this Establishment and was curious to try it out. I don't regret a thing; everything from the customer service to cleanliness and the atmosphere of how it was put together was brilliant. They should increase their company brand farther out for everyone to get a taste of this good cooking.
Came in here looking for a classic burger and no fuss. As a self proclaimed burger aficionado, I demand nothing but the best for this bottomless pit I call my belly. This place delivered not only quality, juicy burgers but also perfectly crisped onion rings and tater tots to accompany. The place was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating when I asked to switch between sauces (hint: try the western BBQ burger with bandit sauce.) I can honestly say it could compete with In-n-Out. Will definitely be returning.
Western burger was covered with so much BBQ sauce it ruined the burger. I ordered medium rare to medium, the burger was well done.
Not bad. But there is much better and tastier. A little noisy even if you are just having a burger. Too much like a cafeteria
It took 24 minutes to get a portion of our order and another 7 minutes to get the rest. Not to mention it was wrong twice during this time.
My friend waited 45 mins for her food, when we got the food it was basically cold. The manager at the Lynbrook, NY location was a moron and all he said was I'm sorry. The big burger is the size of a Jr. burger at Wendy's and the milk shake was liquid not thick. I give this place I would never recommend it
